Acted as the communications strategist for the Live Arts Exchange (LAX) Festival, generating a social media engagement plan and facilitating a post-festival artists' discussion in conversation with attendees. Worked in a number of additional capacities for seasonal events, providing support for fundraising events and production. Assistant directed the 2013 production of Cooking Oil, written by Asiimwe Deborah Kawe and directed by Emily Mendelsohn.

 

Worked as content writer and production coordinator for themed entertainment projects around the world. Directed the narrative vision for an IP based character theater, developing and pitching content to clients in collaboration with technical and design team members. Assisted co-CEOs with daily operations and provided travel support to team members working internationally. 

 

Coordinated and executed social media efforts for the TEDx CalArts conference, promoting the event and helping to curate a day-long series of events.  Also served as a research associate for web archives, and promoted artistic outreach with alumni and affiliated artists.

 

Supported executive directors with annual programming and organization of playwriting fellowship applications. Assisted with theatrical productions and readings, grant writing and research, organization of a comprehensive social media strategy plan, booking of travel, and execution of the annual benefit. 

 

Worked to reimagine and redesign a classic Disneyland attraction. Primary focus included show-writing and development of audience engagement tactics for themed entertainment with an emphasis on interactive storytelling through environment.

 

Directed and produced an evening of new plays by emerging playwrights from the Boston area, including: Footprints in the Applesauce, Dance of the Pink Elephant, and The Elephant in the Room. 

 

Currently collaborating on a series of micro films about 1950's and 60's housewives who kill their husbands.

 

Assisted the director and production team during the pre-production stages of Remote L.A., a pedestrian-based live art experience created by Rimini Protokoll that took place on the streets of Downtown L.A.

 

Collaborated with drag icon Karen Beaches on a series of performances and short films.  

 

Worked developing themed entertainment and experiential marketing content for a major motion picture studio.  Guided conceptual development, narrative structure, and audience engagement with story through emerging technologies and social platforms.  

 

Served under artistic director Matt Ball.  Assisted in the planning and orchestration of the annual SPRINT Emerging Artists Festival in Camden, London, UK.  Also handled audience and donor relations, along with general office duties.

 

Produced as part of the New York Fringe Festival, All the Windows on Alcatraz was the inaugural production of Whiskey Rebellion, a theater company focused on female-driven work. This coproduction with Isobel Bruce and Whiskey Rebellion was inspired by Strindberg's Dream Play.
